INTRODUCTION
Vassallo Giovanna (alias Maya Vassallo Di Florio, from now on "the teacher") based in 144 Via Val di Lanzo 00141 Rome Italy,
Offers trainings of empowerment and personal growth, including "Priest-ess of the Sea and Priest-ess of Aphrodite and Sacred Sexuality"©.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to clarify the details of the "Priest-ess of the Sea and Priest-ess of Aphrodite and Sacred Sexuality"© Path by Maya Vassallo Di Florio (from now on, "the training" ) with the Participant in the training (from now on "the Participant"), their respective roles as well as how the communication will take place, in such a way as to make the experience as positive, enriching and valuable as possible for the Participant.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

"Priest-ess of the Sea and Priest-ess of Aphrodite and Sacred Sexuality"© by Maya Vassallo Di Florio is an initiatory training aimed at the personal empowerment and service to the Goddess and Her community. This requires accepting the challenges which are between the Participant and her/his full personal growth. The person who chooses to undertake this path takes the responsibility to recognize and heal her/his wounds and not to project them on the teacher and/or on the other Participants.
The offered service is not a counseling service or individual and/or group psychological therapy. The training is very intense, for this reason it is common for old wounds and unresolved patterns to emerge. In case it is difficult to overcome these blocks, the support of an individual psychological path is recommended.
The Temple of the Great Goddess of Rome is a Community based on the values of mutual and circular care. The Cure is never related to a single person, otherwise we would reproduce the patterns of patriarchy - which put all the weight on the shoulders of mothers - by giving all the responsibilities to the teacher or Priest-ess as if it were a bottomless pit. In the Community of the Temple each person takes care of each other. It is a system based on co-responsibility.
During the entire training, the teacher will make her knowledge and experience available, and she will support the Participant in this journey in an honest and transparent way.
The Participant is aware of the fact that she/he is responsible for carrying out the actions that will determine the success of the training. Consequently, the Participant undertakes to do what will be necessary to obtain the desired results and she/he is aware that these will depend mainly on herself/himself.
The Participant is invited to:
Show up for lessons on time, or inform the administration at the email address mayavassallodiflorio@gmail.com or goddesstemplerome@gmail.com if unable to attend;
Make a serious commitment by giving the best of herself/himself, with the awareness that there may be natural ups and downs, or that normal resistances or internal blocks may emerge during the development of the training;
Carry out carefully the practices and activities requested by the teacher;
Respect delivery times for activities to be carried out individually.
The Participant also undertakes to communicate sincerely and openly with the teacher and with the other Participants of the course, in full awareness that the information provided will be treated confidentially.

includes:
• 12 Q&A group sessions with Maya (once a month and recorded)
• Participation in Aphrodite's Kepoi* in presence
• 2 private 30 minutes Mentoring Sessions with Maya
• 8 seasonal ceremonies (the dates will be communicated shortly and sent by email to the entire International Aphroditic Community)
• 8 individual sessions with the assigned Tutor Priestess (carefully selected for each student according to character affinities and interests)
• Assistance on the secret Facebook group
• Email assistance
• Printable practices
• Printable theoretical handouts
• Lifelong access to Teacheble study material
• 2 printable versions of the Wheel of Aphrodite

It is a process formed by consecutive phases, each of crucial importance, which follow one another as the flow of seasons.

The training represents a very intense life experience, which leads you to immerse yourself in the initiatory process by keeping in mind that awareness needs time and gradualness. The individuals who are part of the Circle are like

mirrors for each other, by accelerating the healing of their wounds as long as there is a relationship with the other participants and the teacher with an open and sincere heart.
The Path requires trust, strong motivation and a great desire to overcome the resistances that you will naturally meet along the way; in exchange, however, it offers the possibility to explore the most authentic parts of yourself and to reveal your unique treasures.
If there are any doubts about registering for the training and you need to talk about it with the teacher, it is possible to request a short appointment on zoom by writing an email to mayavassallodiflorio@gmail.com or goddesstemplerome@gmail.com for further clarification.
After the conversation, it will be a responsibility of the Participant to make their own decision on the matter. Any further interview required with the teacher will be considered as an Individual Session and a payment will be required based on the teacher’s fees.
This is both to honour the teacher's work, professionalism and time, but also to empower each person in the decision-making process that belongs to them.

MEETINGS

The dates of the Q&A online meetings and of the seasonal Ceremonies are indicated in the training presentation form, but you’ll receive notification via email and Facebook group .
The intensive week in person will take place at the Goddess Temple Rome, at sacred sites on the coast or in the countryside of the region of Lazio on the dates indicated in the training presentation form. For organizational reasons, the teacher may at any time communicate via email any changes relating to the calendar and the location in which the Path will be held with adequate notice.
In the event that for reasons of force majeure the teacher is unable to ensure her presence on the date scheduled for the meeting, a new date will be set in agreement with the Participants.
Coming to the in-person intensive week is essential in order to access the Dedication at the end of the year.
If the participant is seriously unable to attend the intensive week, it is his/her own responsibility to talk about it with the teacher and find an alternative solution.
As already expressed, the remaining Ceremonies organized by the Goddess Temple Rome (which are not included in the cost of the Traning, while the 8 main ceremonies are), as well as the Roma Goddess Conference, although not mandatory, are highly recommended as they offer an important opportunity for deepening the training and sharing.

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Communications between the teacher and the Participants of the Per-Course take place through the following channels:

Via email, to the email address indicated by the Participant at the moment of her/his registration; Through the secret Facebook group reserved for the participants of the training;
During the online meetings;
By signing this agreement, the Participant confirms her/his permission to keep the contacts provided in the registration form on file. Given the need to contact us quickly for the duration of the training she/he also agrees to be contacted via email, postal mail, telephone or messaging applications such as Messenger and Whatsapp. It is necessary to communicate any changes in the contact details.
If during the training the need to share something important arises, we invite the Participant to write it on her/his diary, to then share it on the Fb group or on the occasion of the online meeting.
In case of an urgent communication, it is possible to send an email to mayavassallodiflorio@gmail.com or to goddesstemplerome@gmail.com and the administration will reply as soon as possible.

PARTICIPATION FEE AND PAYMENT
By registering for this training, the Participant confirms that she/he is financially able and willing to commit to pay the training cost as her/his own choice.
The single payment option offers the maximum discount possible.
If the installment option has been chosen, the Participant is expected to complete all the installment payments, as her/his place has been reserved for her/him for the duration of the course.
We recommend that Participants take out independent cancellation insurance to protect against loss in the event of illness, injury, jury service and other difficulties preventing the completion of the training. Late payment of installments without pre-arranged good cause may result in an additional € 10 for late payment. The Participant is required to inform us if she/he changes her/his method of payment or PayPal account used during the course, otherwise we incur additional admin fees which may also need to be passed on to you.
The Participant will not be entitled to any refund of the participation fee if she/he does not attend the training on the established dates, or if she/he interrupts her/his attendance, neither in the case of installment payments nor in the case of a single payment.
In the case of payment by installments, payments must be paid within the scheduled date, which means that the day indicated for each installment is the last accepted, not the one on which they must be made. The new studying material will be sent to the Participants just if they are up to date with the payments and with the delivery of the Practices of the previous season.

IMPORTANT: It is specified that, with the installment purchase, the Participant undertakes to pay the entire price of the training and that any unpaid delays will be recovered compulsively.

POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE
The teacher, for organizational reasons, reserves the right to postpone the training, by notifying the Participants by e-mail. In this case, the teacher will establish a new course schedule, and any participation fee already paid can be used to cover the rescheduled training.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH

By registering for the training, the Participant confirms:
To have a stable mind and a healthy emotional state;
To be aware that she/he is attending a training course and not a therapy program;
That if she/he needs counseling, psychotherapy or any other medical, psychological or psychiatric support, she/he will perform the necessary steps to request the support of the relevant professional figures; That she/he understands that she/he will interact with other people within a social environment and that she/he will behave appropriately;
That she/he agrees to leave the training in case that her/his behavior becomes inappropriate, unstable or antisocial;
That does not consider the teacher or any other collaborator and/or Participant responsible for any situation that she/he will encounter during the training.

OTHER INFORMATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

If internal conflicts arise within a Circle, they will be welcomed as an opportunity for growth, in the awareness that diversity is richness and it is possible to remain in diversity in mutual respect. Communication within any Circle, as well as within the Community, is always empathic and non-violent. In case that a conflict cannot be solved among the interested people, the Mediation of a Priest or a Priestess of the Goddess Temple Rome can be requested.
All Participants must respect the other Participants in the training regardless of race, color, creed or gender, and will endeavor to respect values that may be different from their own.
Confidentiality guarantees privacy and security within the group. While there is no automatic presumption that all information provided is confidential, Participants must adhere to the guideline that all personal information about group members is confidential.
The teacher undertakes not to use any of this information for her/his own benefit, nor to use it with other people outside the training.
The teacher reserves the right to criticize behaviors that do not adhere with these Terms and Conditions and, where necessary, to remove Participants who have repeatedly shown inappropriate behavior.
It is important that the Participant in the training honors her/his roots in her/his biography and in the drafting of the training curriculum, by specifying that she/he is in training / had been trained at the Goddess Temple Rome No Profit. In this way, the Temple takes on the great responsibility of an excellent education, by offering a guarantee about the students.
At the same time, those who studied at the Temple honor it, and carry all of their established lineage and all the power and support of those who came before and made their own empowerment possible. The mention of the teacher and the Temple from which the Participant comes is a guarantee of excellence, it is an act of integrity and testifies that there is a network connected in love, respect and mutual support.

Those who complete the three-year course will have the necessary requirements to work as Priest-ess of the Sea and Priest-ess of Aphrodite and Sacred Sexuality by holding Ceremonies and Individual sessions, but they cannot train other Priestesses and Priests, who can be trained only by Maya Vassallo Di Florio at the Goddess Temple Rome.
Once their training is finished, it would be important that the Priestess and the Priest will continue to be part of the Temple Family, which continues to support the Priestesses and Priests, who in turn support it, in a relationship of mutual nourishment.
It is important to stay connected by keeping to take an active part in the Ceremonies, by offering courses, attending the Aphrodite's Kepoi, the Roma Goddess Conference and contributing to the life of the Temple, which will always promote the bright and creative expression of each person.
We are a growing community and we will support each other more and more.
At the end of the three years of training as "Priest-ess of the Sea and Priest-ess of Aphrodite and Sacred Sexuality" ©, if the Participant wants to create a Temple and a path linked to her/his land, it will be important to honor her/his roots, by specifying the Temple she/he comes from and her/his teacher, and to have the support of the Goddess Temple Rome it will be important to agree on the shared values.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Participant agrees that the teacher owns the intellectual property of the contents and material provided during the training.
The contents and materials are provided for individual use. The Participant is not authorized to share, copy, sell, publish, distribute, reproduce, duplicate or disclose any part of the program without the written permission of the teacher.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The data provided will be processed by means of computer systems, as well as manuals, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 and ss. of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016 of 27 April 2016, (General Data Protection Regulation - G.D.P.R.), as per Privacy Policy attached.

DISCLAIMER
The Participant is aware that the teacher is not responsible for the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual state of the Participant.
By registering for this Per-Course, the Participant confirms full understanding and full acceptance of the terms above indicated.
